Include language for an upcoming meeting. Such as:

Join us for the meeting on April 10-11th in Chicago. Following is the hotel, meeting location and agenda… You can have a button linking to a Google Form or to a registration at Eventbrite, for example.

You can embed a Google calendar for the board here that will have the upcoming meetings, and if they’re conference calls, include the call information like the URL, phone number and access code.

Or you can show your events/conference calls in a table with the same information.
